Sharon trained as a nurse and has over 30 years of experience working within the healthcare sector. She has been a care home manager for 20 years and is well respected for her caring nature and leadership skills. Before joining Grand View, she was the registered manager at Cherry Blossom care home in Peterborough which she commissioned in 2015.
Outside work, Sharon loves spending time with her family and a variety of pets.
