We are very selective when recruiting our staff and in return for them being the best at what they do, we have made a commitment to pay everyone more than other care homes in the area. We also have other staff incentives such as Christmas bonus that are paid based mainly on client satisfaction. We believe this is a first in the local area and ensures a happy environment within the home, while recognising the value of the staff. We are very particular in our recruiting to ensure that we attract and retain the best.
One clear, all-inclusive, weekly price
Secondly, we offer one clear, all-inclusive weekly fee to our residents. Our fee includes everything from outstanding care to private dining on special occasions, and newspapers to use of our hair dressing and beauty salon. You can ask for room service any time. There are no hidden extras. This enables our residents and their families to plan ahead, without worrying about additional or unexpected charges.
Arrange a visit
Please take your time to browse our website to get a feel for Grand View, but you will only be able to see it for yourself by visiting us in person. When you are ready, contact us and we will welcome you and give you guided tour to look around the home and meet staff. As our compliment, you can have a drink and a cake at our popular Bar/Bistro to experience the friendly vibe at your own pace too.
