Mum was moved in from the hospital – she went into floor 1 and was very well looked after by all staff – Senior nurses looked after mum very well and kept us informed at all times. Big shout out to them and also another 2 carers who looked after my mum so well. The pink team ladies are brilliant and very inclusive of all residents. Good sized rooms. Lovely little coffee area to share with family and residents – could be bigger. The 1:1 was a challenge and some of them did not appear very clued up. Downside for me is the cost.
